Consent to Marketing Communications
Separate voluntary consent for WhatsApp, telephone and email
This consent is optional and separate from a property enquiry, the Terms, KYC and transaction documents. Refusal does not affect the right to receive a response to an existing enquiry or use a service that does not require advertising.
1 Who may contact me

2 Channel selection
I voluntarily authorise offers about real-estate projects, price and availability changes, events, market reviews and DXB Residence services through the channels I select:

☐ Marketing telephone calls
☐ Email newsletters
☐ SMS messages
An unselected channel is not authorised. Consent for one channel does not automatically extend to another.
3 Data used
Name, telephone, email, language, relevant projects and criteria, interaction history, enquiry source and consent status. Data is used only for the selected communications, measuring results and respecting opt-outs.
4 Call conditions
- calls are made only from a local number registered to the company and after the necessary approvals;
- the applicability of the UAE Do Not Call Registry is checked before calling;
- the caller identifies the company and purpose at the start;
- marketing calls are made only between 9:00 and 18:00 UAE time;
- if I reject an offer on the first call, no repeat call about that offer will be made;
- if I do not answer or end the call, repeat attempts will not exceed once per day and twice per week;
- if a call is recorded, I am informed at the start.
5 Recipients and partners
My marketing consent applies only to DXB Residence. Sharing my contact with an independent developer or licensed partner broker for their own marketing requires separate, clearly identified consent naming the recipient or another lawful basis. Email, CRM and communications providers may process data only as contracted technical processors.
6 Duration and withdrawal
6.1 Duration. Consent remains valid until withdrawn, but an active marketing contact is reviewed no later than after 24 months without substantive interaction.
6.2 Withdrawal. I may opt out at any time by sending STOP in the relevant channel, using an email unsubscribe link, or writing to sales@dxbresidence.com.
6.3 Effect. Marketing through the relevant channel stops within a reasonable technical period. A minimal suppression record may be retained to prevent repeat contact and demonstrate compliance.
